Your Office Visit

Some steps will begin, even before treatment to reduce the effects of inflammation, allowing the best possible experience. The endodontic treatment utilizes local anesthesia, allowing patients to drive home or return to work the same day.

Before your visit:
  1. Be well rested and have a regular meal.
  2. When possible, if you have a dental plan, bring your current dental insurance information or call us in advance.
  3. Bring up to date information about your medications, doctors instructions and any other health information needed to fill out your health history.
  4. Bring X-rays, referral slips and any other items your dentist has provided.
  5. Nowadays, premedication for dental visits is less standard. However, if you do need to pre-medicate, make sure you do so before your appointment, as prescribed by your doctor. Otherwise, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
  6. Take medications as regularly prescribed.
